Federico Velluti

Head of Hospitality – Investire SGR S.p.A.

Federico Velluti serves as Head of Hospitality and Alternative Markets at Investire SGR, part of the Banca Finnat Group, an independent fund and asset management company with a real estate portfolio of approximately €7 billion across more than 60 funds.
At Investire, he oversees the hospitality business unit, coordinating investment and asset management activities. Prior to joining Investire SGR in 2016, Federico began his career at Fabrica SGR within the fund management division and subsequently joined BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management SGR. Federico holds a degree in Architecture from Sapienza University of Rome and a Master’s in “Real Estate Finance” from LUISS Business School.
