Federico J. González is the Chief Executive Officer of Radisson Hotel Group and Board Director of Louvre Hotels Group.
González has extensive global executive leadership experience in the hospitality, leisure, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Prior to joining Radisson Hotel Group, he was Chief Executive Officer of NH Hotel Group, where he led a major turnaround of the company. González was previously Deputy General Manager of Disneyland Paris and worked for 16 years in senior management positions at Procter & Gamble in Brussels, Madrid, and Stockholm before becoming the company’s country Head of Portugal in 2000.
González majored in Economics at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and received an MSc in International Trade and Finance from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French. In January 2021, González became an independent member of the Board of Sodexo and became a board member of Mundi Ventures in July 2023. In 2023, Federico J. González received career recognition from the City Council of Madrid, Spain, rewarding his successful professional career in which he has managed to position Radisson Hotel Group as one of the most competitive brands in hospitality.
