Managing Partner – Hotel Seeker

Fabrizio Trimarchi is Managing Partner of Hotel Seeker, an advisory and brokerage company specializing in hotel investments. Past Vice President of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, he has over twenty years of experience in the hotel sector, dealing with valuations and investments in some of the main hotel transactions in the Italian market.
Master SDA Bocconi, Member and Registered Valuer RICS, he gained the Certificate in Real Estate, Development and Hotel Investment from the School of Hotel Administration, Cornell University (USA), and the Postgraduate Certificate in Real Estate from Henley Business School, University of Reading, (UK).
He is a senior lecturer in several post-grad masters specializing in hospitality, real estate and tourism, where he teaches courses on the topic of hotel investments.
