Managing Director – Gruppo UNA

Fabrizio Gaggio has been Managing Director of Gruppo UNA S.p.A. since 2016, where he was the helmsman of the rebranding that in 2017 led to the creation and market presentation of the largest Italian hotel group present in Italy.
Prior to that, Fabrizio has held various senior management positions such as SVP of Global Asset Management at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, Managing Director at Starhotels. In addition to spending over a decade as CEO of the Lungarno Collection at the Ferragamo Group, he was responsible for Finance and M&A at Forte Trusthouse plc for the Italian market. Before joining the hospitality industry, he gained experience in M&A, Capital Market and Strategic Consultancy companies.
