Fabio Provini is Partner at Dekus, responsible for sourcing and execution of real estate investments in Italy. A former Morgan Stanley banker, Fabio has 15+ years of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing experience in the Italian market with over €2 Bn of deals successfully closed. After his tenure at Morgan Stanley, Fabio spent 7 years at Edizione Property investing over €500 MM in value-add projects in various asset classes. In 2024 he launched Dekus as investor and operating partner for institutional players (private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices) active in the Italian market. Since its launch, Dekus has successfully completed over €250 MM of hotel acquisitions in key gateway cities and resort destinations in Italy.
