As of June 2024, Fabio Massimo Ragusa serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Valtur – Nicolaus Club, a hospitality company within the Nicolaus S.p.A. group. His responsibilities encompass the coordination of both the operational activities across the group’s hotel and resort network and its development activities.
Mr. Ragusa’s academic background includes studies in Economics and Management of Tourist Services at the University of Bologna. His extensive professional journey includes significant roles at esteemed hotel groups such as:

  • Accor Hotels: Progressing from General Manager to Vice President Operations for Italy, Israel, Greece, and Malta.
