Fabio Braidotti joined EY in October 2015 and is currently a Partner in charge of the Hotel Real Estate Transactions practice in the Rome office. Fabio’s professional experience, spanning over 15 years, covers a wide range of hospitality-related services, including strategic consulting, investment and transaction advisory, operator selection, and valuations. In the valuation field, he has conducted over 50 hotel valuations in recent years, valued at over €2 billion, along with numerous rental sustainability analyses. Before joining EY, he gained experience in real estate finance at Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle SpA.
