Ercolino Ranieri is the founder and chief executive of Xenia Hôtellerie Solution S.p.A., a Benefit Corporation and B Corp, a company operating in the hospitality sector under the Phi Hotels brand and providing accommodation services for the corporate and leisure markets. With over thirty-five years’ experience in the hotel industry and the travel and leisure sector, he collaborates with the academic world on topics relating to data analysis applied to tourism and hospitality management, and is co-author of international scientific publications in these fields.
