Attorney Emiliano Russo specializes in real estate, corporate law, and fund regulation. He has held significant positions such as Head of the Legal Service at the Beni Stabili Group from 2001 to 2007 and Director of Legal, Corporate, and Regulatory Affairs at Beni Stabili Gestioni SGR—a company specializing in Real Estate Funds—from 2007 to 2014. Additionally, he served as an administrator for real estate and hotel companies within the Beni Stabili group.
Emiliano Russo is an Adjunct Professor at the Luiss Business School and the author of numerous publications, including the book “Real Estate Law” published in 2019 and “Acquisitions of Real Estate and Real Estate Companies” published in 2009.
