Head of Real Estate – Deloitte Legal

Mr. Emiliano Russo specializes in real estate, corporate and regulatory funds law and has held important positions as Head of the Legal Service of the Beni Stabili Group from 2001 to 2007 and Director of Legal, Corporate and Regulatory Affairs of Beni Stabili Gestioni SGR – a company specializing in Real Estate Funds – from 2007 to 2014 and director of a real estate and hotel company of the Beni Stabili group.
Emiliano Russo is Adjunct Professor at the Luiss Business School and author of numerous publications: in particular, the Volume “The Real Estate Law” published in 2019 and “The Acquisitions of Real Estate and Real Estate Companies” published in 2009.
