Emiliano is a lawyer with over 20 years of experience in Real Estate and over the course of his career he has developed significant expertise in real estate contracts, regulatory aspects of real estate funds and corporate law.
Emiliano has been Head of Legal, Corporate and Regulatory Affairs of the Beni Stabili Group for 14 years and Director of Legal, Corporate, Regulatory and Litigation Affairs of Beni Stabili Gestioni SGR.
Emiliano is the editor and author of the books «Il Diritto Immobiliare» published by Cedam in 2019 and «Acquisitions of properties and real estate companies» published by Cedam in 2009. Emiliano has written several articles on the hotel sector. Emiliano is also a Contract Professor at the Luiss Business School – Luiss University of Rome and Professor of Executive Hospitality Management at the Luiss Business School, Amsterdam Hub. Emiliano Russo was also the administrator of a hotel company, which manages 13 hotels throughout Italy and obtained the Master in Hotel Management certificate from the Luiss Business School.
In June 2019 he was named Real Estate Lawyer of the Year by legalcommunity.
In October 2023, Emiliano’s team won the award Law Firm of the Year «Hospitality&Hotellerie» by legalcommunity.
In October 2024, at the Legalcommunity Real Estate Awards, Emiliano was recognized as Lawyer of the Year Fund Formation.
Emiliano Russo is Special Advisor for Real Estate of the Italian Chamber of Commerce of the United Arab Emirates and boasts extensive experience and professional relationships in Middle East countries.
In march 2025, Emiliano was appointed as Global Legal Real Estate Leader at Deloitte Legal.
