Emidio Pacini is the Founder & CEO of Pacini Group S.p.A., an Italian company specializing in hospitality development, real estate advisory, and hotel management.

With over twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry, he leads the Group with an entrepreneurial vision focused on innovation, honoring local roots and culture, and developing projects that generate long-term value. His approach integrates strategy, design, branding, and operational management, with the goal of turning every property into an authentic and distinctive destination.

Under his leadership, Pacini Group has built a portfolio of seven premium and luxury hotel properties, establishing partnerships with some of the world’s most prestigious international hospitality brands. Its flagship properties include The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel, Autograph Collection; The Goethe Hotel, Small Luxury Hotels of the World; The Venice Times, Vignette Collection by IHG; and Palazzo Rota – Luxury Apartments in Venice. The Group’s growth continues with a major new project: the opening of a property in the heart of Milan Central Station, aimed at further strengthening its presence in the high-end hospitality segment.
