Development Associate – The First Hotels

Edoardo Primerano currently serves as Development Manager at The Pavilions Hotels & Resorts, an
international luxury hospitality group operating across Europe and Asia, with a portfolio of 13 hotels
and resorts across 8 countries, and an integrated Food & Beverage platform.
Within the group, he oversees corporate development and the strategic expansion of its business lines,
driving growth initiatives across leisure resorts, business hotels, and The First Hotels brand — the
group’s five-star luxury collection in Italy. His most recent projects include a new five-star hotel
located in Cortina d’Ampezzo featuring 76 rooms and three Food & Beverage outlets, developed
through established partnerships with international brands such as Zuma and Beefbar. As part of the
transaction, he managed the entry of Nextalia SGR, an investment partner currently supporting the
group in the development of the project.
Prior to joining The Pavilions Hotels & Resorts, Edoardo worked at Hines in Milan as part of the
European Acquisitions team, contributing to real estate investment transactions across multiple
markets.
