Head of Hotels Investment Properties Italy – CBRE

Domenico joined CBRE Hotels in 2015, where he holds the role of Head of Hotels Investment Properties for Italy. During these years at CBRE he has completed/managed sales assignments worth more than €1 billion.
In addition to the role pertaining to Capital Markets activities he also follows the processes of operator selection and M&A.
Prior to joining CBRE he worked 8 years at the French hotel chain Accor Hotels as Development Manager for Italy, Greece, Israel and Malta. During his years at Accor Hotels the French chain’s network in Italy doubled, thanks to 46 new management/affiliation contracts signed in that period.
In his previous years at Accor, he gained significant work experience in the luxury goods sector, working as controller and strategic planner for Prada and Versace.
Domenico holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in Corporate Finance from the Bocconi University of Milan in addition to study abroad courses at New York University “Leonard Stern” and Corvinus International Univeristy in Budapest.
