Diederik Schol is a Principal at Crossroads Real Estate, a pan-European real estate private equity firm. Diederik leads the firm’s investment in The Usual Hotels, a design- and sustainability-led hotel platform operating across Europe.
Diederik joined Crossroads in January 2024 from KKR, where he led the firm’s industrial and logistics investments across Europe, as well as its investments in the Netherlands.
Prior to joining KKR, he spent two years working in real estate lending, in Goldman Sachs’s Real Estate Financing Group and RBC’s Real Estate Capital Partners team.
