Cordula Laemmermann leads Falkensteiner Residences, the branded-residences arm of Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group (FMTG), where she drives the concept and evolution of this part of the group’s business. Her work spans the Residences brand, product and standards; the marketing behind apartment and villa sales; the rental programme; and owner services and relations. She has spent more than 25 years in global luxury hospitality, including senior roles at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, where she sat on the senior leadership team and led commercial strategy across the group.

Both companies are leaders in the category: The Ritz-Carlton consistently ranks among the top two branded-residences brands worldwide by number of projects, and Mandarin Oriental sits in the global top five. Having built her career inside the brands that defined the category, Cordula brings that knowledge to FMTG as it builds out Falkensteiner Residences — a group that largely develops as well as operates its properties.

She leads Falkensteiner Residences through her own consultancy, CO&CO, which advises luxury and lifestyle hospitality businesses from her base in Switzerland. German by background and having lived and worked in more than two dozen countries, she brings an international perspective to effortless luxury living and branded residences.
