Co-Founder & Chief Investment Officer – AENDRE

Christopher Strong is Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer at AENDRE, an integrated hospitality platform based in London. AENDRE specialises in the acquisition, development and operation of wellness, lifestyle and extended stay hotels, creating and owning its own brands and partnering with long term capital to deliver institutional quality assets. Chris leads AENDRE’s acquisitions and investment strategy, most recently on a joint venture with One Investment Management to acquire a three-hotel prime London portfolio, which will be repositioned under a new wellness led brand. Chris is focused on European expansion, with Milan and Rome amongst the key target markets for AENDRE.

With two decades of experience in real estate, Chris was previously Head of UK and Ireland Acquisitions at Edyn, where he was part of the team that built and scaled the Locke aparthotel brand across Europe to a platform with 4500 keys in seven countries. Prior to Edyn, Chris worked in various investment and development roles across a wide range of real estate sectors, including offices and retail.
