Partner, Head of Technical Advisory – Cushman & Wakefield

Benedetta is a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield and Head of Technical Advisory Italy, as well as a member of the EMEA Building Consultancy Board. Based in Milan, she brings 26 years of experience advising across the real estate and hospitality sectors with a strong focus on value creation and risk management.

She has led and advised on complex transactions, developments and repositioning projects, providing strategic guidance on technical due diligence, project management, development feasibility, cost control and project monitoring. Her work spans the full investment cycle — from acquisition and financing through development, operations and disposal — helping clients unlock value and drive performance across hospitality assets.

Benedetta has built extensive expertise across the hospitality spectrum, including business hotels, resorts, hostels, private members’ clubs, spas, sports facilities, beach clubs, mixed-use schemes, signature restaurants and bars. Her experience makes her a trusted advisor to clients seeking to maximize performance, manage risk and unlock long-term value in hospitality assets.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2007, Benedetta held senior roles in project management companies and leading international architectural firms. She also worked at Studio Nicoletti Associati, where she led the coordination of the international design team for the Central Concert Hall of Kazakhstan.

She has been a member of the Milan Order of Architects since 2001 and, since 2024, has been a lecturer in Technical and Environmental Due Diligence for the Master in Real Estate and Finance at Luiss Business School in Rome.
