Andrea D’Amico

VP Hotels – Airbnb

Andrea D’Amico is Vice President of Hotels at Airbnb, where he leads the teams responsible for building and growing Airbnb’s hotel business.

Andrea has spent more than 25 years in travel and hospitality. He spent 18 years at Booking.com, where he rose from Area Manager in Italy to VP and Managing Director for EMEA, leading 1,500 employees across 90 offices and driving significant revenue growth across some of the most competitive markets in global travel. Early in his tenure, Andrea elevated Italy to the platform’s top market, then moved to Singapore to scale APAC operations, opening 20 offices and onboarding more than 30,000 hotel partners in three years.

Most recently, Andrea served as CEO of WeRoad, a community-driven adventure travel company, where he expanded the brand from Italy across Europe and scaled a network of 3,000 travel coordinators.

Andrea holds a degree in Economics from Sapienza University of Rome. He is based in San Francisco.
