With a Degree in Economics and Business and an MBA-SDA Bocconi (Small & Medium Enterprise focus), after starting in the finance area within big four advisory and listed companies, Alessandro Lombardo entered the real estate sector in 2004, working in Advisory & Acquisition at Prelios, as a Transaction Manager. In 2009, he’s Director of Asset Manager department at IMMES and PAT, a leading company with a focus on the management of long-term care homes and real estate portfolios. After holding the role of Head of Asset Management at Gabetti Group and General Manager at Patrigest (Gabetti Group), Alessandro became Head of Business Development and Investment Analysis of Torre SGR (Fortress Group), where his responsibilities include fundraising for the creation of new real estate funds. In his new role as Chief Commercial Officer of the Gabetti Group, he is the reference person for Corporate Clients, Real Estate Funds and Investors seeking consulting in all sectors of Real Estate throughout Italy and beyond.
