Alessandra Magri

Director Hospitality – Lombardini22

Biography

Alessandra began her career with ArkPabi in Cremona, contributing to the final stages of construction of the Hotel Delle Arti. After completing the project, she moved to Milan to collaborate with FZ Milano on the executive design of two office towers in Lorenteggio.
In 2003, she moved to London to join Benoy Ltd., where she worked on the development plan for what would become London’s largest shopping centre, the White City project designed by Ian Ritchie Architects.
Upon her return to Italy, she joined Progetto CMR in Milan, where she focused on large-scale international projects. Among them, she designed the interiors of a 500-room, 5-star hotel in Tianjin, China, complete with four restaurants, a spa, and two ballrooms. The complexity and scale of this project ignited her passion for luxury developments involving multidisciplinary teams and international consultants.
She subsequently worked on further projects for the Chinese market—including the interior design of a university building in Tianjin, a sales showroom for new apartments in the Sixth Avenue district, and several residential projects for private clients. In parallel, she contributed to the study and design of interiors for ENI’s new headquarters in San Donato Milanese, as well as the renovation of ENI’s historic buildings in Rome Eur and Milan’s “Metanopoli” headquarters.
In 2007, Alessandra joined Lombardini22, taking part in the prestigious Armani Hotel project in Via Manzoni, Milan, where she managed design activities and coordinated multiple consultants. In 2017, she became part of the Eclettico Design division, specialising in high-end hospitality and residential projects, with roles as Senior Architect, Project Manager, and Contract Manager.
Today, she is Director of the L22 Hospitality Team, where she leads international projects in the luxury hospitality sector, combining strategic vision with extensive experience in complex, multidisciplinary developments.
