Wellness Experience & Solution Manager, Hospitality & Residential – Technogym

Alberta is globally leading the development of wellness experiences and solutions for Technogym within the hospitality and residential segment, working together all the major key players of the industry in developing distinctive wellness offers for their brands and customized wellness journeys for their guests and residents.

Before joining the company in 2017, Alberta spent 9 years working in Accor group as head of marketing for Italy, taking also care of leading the growth of the loyalty program in the country.
Coming from a marketing communication and customer experience background, previous management roles were covered in the beauty and wellness industry at Cosmoprof International, where she was focusing on Asian market events organization, as well as at Bocconi University within the communication department.

Completes her profile a 3-year experience spent in South-East Asia, where she has been volunteering as English teacher as well as working with local hospitality organizations.

She holds a university degree in public relations as well as a master degree in corporate and marketing communication. She speaks Italian, English, French, Spanish and Thai.
