Tickets are always refundable in case the event will not take place for government restrictions.
If you get a ticket but you can not attend ITHIC 2023, you can choose whether to get a free ticket for the next edition or to transfer your ticket to a colleague/friend.
Until 12 October 2023, you can contact the organization in order to change the name and data of your registration or to have a free code for the next edition of ITHIC.
