Managing Director Special Situations – Bain Capital

Mr. Coste Campos joined Bain Capital in 2020. He is a Managing Director in the Special Situations Group and heads the European Special Situations Real Estate team based in Bain Capital’s London office.

Previously, Mr. Coste Campos led the European Real Estate and Asset-Backed securities business at King Street Capital in London and invested in value-add and opportunistic real estate assets across Europe.

Before joining King Street in 2014, Rafael worked at Goldman Sachs in the ESSG/REPIA team, focused on real estate acquisitions, special situations and real estate lending across Europe.

Rafael received a M. Sc from HEC Paris and and M. Sc in Management from Esade in Barcelona.
