General Manager – Abaco Team – Gruppo Gabetti

Architect, MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), is a member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Abaco Team and Abaco Engineering, the two companies within the Gabetti Group that cover the entire range of management and technical services expertise.
In 2023, she became a founding member of AREL Real Estate Ladies, the leading association for women operating in the real estate sector in Italy, and since then has held the position of President.
With extensive experience in real estate matters, she has worked in advisory roles for technical and management firms, providing support in the management of exceptional real estate projects for both private and public operators, both domestic and foreign. Since 2012, in Abaco, she has developed property management services, the loans and NPLs service segment, created the engineering and property redevelopment area, contributing to the company’s growth in terms of revenue and market share.
Always attentive to the field of education, since 2012, she has been a lecturer at the LUISS MAREF master’s program for the module on Property & Facility Management.
From 2019 to 2023, she served as the President of the Commission on Services of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare, where she coordinated the working group representing the entire real estate services sector. In this role, she signed the update of the ABI guidelines for real estate evaluation in 2022.
Since 2023, she has been a contract lecturer for the first-level master’s program in real estate development at IUL – Università Telematica degli Studi.
