Strategic Advisor for Foreign Direct Investment – Invitalia
Fabio is the manager of real estate and tourism projects for foreign directs investment in Invitalia. He works as an “institutional” intermediary for foreign demand and domestic supply of real estate asset, originated by public and private sector. Invitalia is the National Agency for Inward Investment and Economic Development owned by the Italian Government. Invitalia supports foreign companies providing a tailor-made set of free of charge services. Invitalia manages the National incentives to support SME’s, large companies, and the growth of innovative start-ups across Italy.
Fabio graduated in cultural economics (performing arts and cultural heritage), he obtained a doctorate in economics with a work in project financing. He has always worked in the real estate, cultural and tourism sector, joining consultancy companies like Roland Berger & Partners, working in feasibility plans of relevant assets to be launched, requalified, or renovated. He has recently joined an executive program in real estate and finance in Bocconi.
