Head of Capital Advisors – CBRE

Martina Mühlhofer joined CBRE in April 2017 as Head of Capital Advisors Italian team.

In CBRE Martina is responsible for all aspects of real estate finance including Corporate Finance/ M&A, Debt Advisory and Equity Placement across all different real estate sectors for both domestic and international clients. Since her arrival, the team has grown significantly, now covering both Real Estate Investment Banking and Debt & Structured Finance activities, covering deals at national level as well as pan-European mandates for institutional clients.

Before joining CBRE, Martina spent more than 15 years at Deutsche Bank in the Investment Banking division, working across London, Frankfurt and Milan, gaining deep exposure to different asset class and different products for large clients. Martina owns a degree in Business Administration.
