Senior Analyst – THRENDS

As a Senior Analyst in THRENDS Irina carries out market analyses aimed at developing and reorganizing international and domestic hotel chains. She is in charge of updating THRENDS’ databases: “Luxury Hotels Database”, “Chain Hotels Database” and the “CapEx Database” (all of them focused on the Italian market).

She is the author of the semi-annual report “Chains Monitor Italy” and she contributes to the yearly reports “Building & Renovating Hotels” and “Luxury Hospitality Italy”.

Irina is also Head of “The Bulletin”, a daily basis confidential information release on Hospitality Real Estate, Finance and Hotel Development.

She joined the tourism sector in 2017 as a front office agent of the Dublin Tourist Information desk, and moved afterwards within hotel operations in the upscale segment in Ireland, Northern Ireland and Italy.

Irina achieved her Bachelor’s Degree, cum laude, in International Tourism and Leisure Industries at the University of Bologna.
