Prior to joining Generali, Mrs. Pelosi worked for 7 years in Lazard (Real Estate M&A). Since 2008 she has been working for Generali Real Estate, first in the business development function in Rome, then in the Italian fund management in Milan and finally in fund management international. During her experience in the fund management team, Gabriella has been involved in the management of Generali Group hotel assets covering end-to-end the activities related to the management, valorization and acquisition.
