Partner and leader of the PwC PNRR Task Force and Capital Projects practice. Francesco graduated in economics at LUISS in 1994, he has over 25 years of international experience in Urban Development, Energy and Transport. From 1994 to 2003 with PwC UK Audit, Consulting and Corporate Finance line of services. He is expert in the evaluation of EC policies and investment programmes, design and development of Financial Instruments and grant blending finance working with international and national development banks.
