Southern Europe Director – Covivio Hotels

Cristina is the Southern Europe Director at Covivio Hotels; one of the most solid REITs in Europe with a €26 billion portfolio; among which €6,5 billion shape its hotel heritage. She leads both, the Asset Management & the Acquisitions within Southern Europe.
She also participates in the Real Estate and Tourism Working Group of the International Court of Arbitration of Madrid.
She began her career at the age of twenty-one managing a hotel, which served as a springboard to participate in different challenges, her experience as Chief Investment & Development Officer with Hotusa Group and the opportunity to be the Investment and Strategy Director in the first Spanish hotel real estate fund, Losan, consolidated her track record and experience.
