Head – JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group

Claudia has over 15 years of experience in the industry and she is the Head of JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group in Italy; she leads a team of 5 professionals in the Milan and Rome office.
Part of her role is to originate and execute successful hotel sales and operator search campaigns within the country. The other part is overseeing Advisory & Valuation activity in Italy.
She started her career in 2000 in the Investment Banking division of Morgan Stanley and then joined the Transaction Services of PwC. She gained significant experience advising corporate and private equity clients, on domestic and cross border M&A transactions from 2001 to 2007.
Since she joined JLL in 2007 she contributed to relevant investment sales and high-profile hotel operator searches as well as management agreement negotiations. She has also been involved in a wide range of advisory and valuation assignments for key international players including PE, Institutional Investors and Financial Institutions.
Claudia is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
