Jacques Edouard Charret is a distinguished executive with a notable career in leading complex organizations. As CEO of Senioriales, a subsidiary of Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs, since September 2023, he manages 87 senior non-medicalized residences in France, providing housing for over 6,000 residents with a dedicated team of 140 employees. From May 2022 to August 2023, Mr. Charret was the Founder and CEO of BtoC AdvisoR, a consulting firm. His leadership from September 2017 to April 2022 as Group CEO at Grand M Group’s Uxco Group, specializing in student housing and co-living, further underscores his adeptness in steering organizations towards growth and innovation.
