Andrea Tota is the Country manager of Hill International Italia.
In the 20 years of professional activity, he has gained experience in the management of complex real estate developments, with particular attention to Project Management, authorization processes, coordination of the Design Team, Design Management, planning, time monitoring and cost control. of project.
In 2001, after some experience in design studios, he began his career in Project & Construction Management working on the light rail of Brescia.
In 2006 he joined Lend Lease working in the Technical Service Group and in the Project Control department, as part of projects such as Citylife, Armani Hotel, Hotel Gallia, Torre delle Arti, Aree ex Falck, CBRE Segreen Business Park, Skyscraper Intesa Sanpaolo in Turin and CityGate in Malta. He also held the position of Bid Manager for the technical coordination of Design & Build tenders.
From 2010 to 2018 he worked as Development Manager at Bizzi & Partners for the development of Renzo Piano’s Milanosesto, project where he was in charge of coordinating the Project Team, the Authorization Process, the environmental and remediation part and the coordination of international partners. In 2019 he joined the Student Hotel, where he remained until 2022 as Head of Real Estate Development for Italy.
Andrea Tota graduated in Civil Engineering from the University of Pavia, he obtained the Diplome de Hautes Etudes Techolologiques Hydrauliques at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure Hydraulique de Toulouse (France) and a Master of Science in Real Estate from MSc Henley Business School of the University of Reading (UK).
