Alessandro Balp has vast expertise in corporate law, with particular focus on extraordinary M&A, real estate, private equity, mutual investment funds and sector regulations.
He is the leader of BonelliErede’s Real Estate Focus Team and has handled many of the biggest real estate deals and development projects in Italy and Europe. He is also regularly called on to advise on major real estate M&A in the hospitality sector.
Alessandro graduated from the University of Milan, has an LLM from Yale Law School and is a member of the Italian Bar and the New York Bar. Before joining BonelliErede, he worked for another leading international law firm in New York.
