Deputy Business Unit Manager – Artelia

Alessandra Scardaoni is currently Deputy Business Unit Director in Artelia Italia, International Group leader in Project & Construction Management, Multidisciplinary Engineering Services, QS, Work Supervisions, and H&S which offers to investors, developers, operators, and architects a tailor-made service especially within the Hospitality Sector worldwide. With over 20 years of experience in Project & Construction Management and Design Management, Alessandra joined Artelia in 2018 as a Senior Project Manager, since 2022 as Project Director and then Deputy Business Unit Director.
She started her career as Designer and then Project Manager for an international Studio of Architecture, Studio Nicoletti Associati and since 2013 as Technician in Italiana Costruzioni S.p.A., enriching her skills under different points of view.
She has made significant contributions with her multidisciplinary experience and with her current role she is leading many projects with special focus in the Hospitality sector. She is driving initiatives that enhance project efficiency and sustainability.
Her leadership have been pivotal in delivering successful outcomes supporting developers, investors, and hospitality operators from inception to completion of the project.
