Gianluca Giglio is the Chief Operating Officer of LHP Hotels with its headquarters based in Napoli and with properties (hotels, serviced apartments and villas) in Milan, Florence, Rome, Montecatini, Santa Margherita Ligure, Capri, Napoli and Rivisondoli.

Beginning his career in the hospitality industry in 1989 with the U.K based De Vere Hotels and Resorts and progressing through to management positions at luxury properties throughout Europe and Italy to date.

Returning to his home town of Sorrento in 2000, initially in the capacity of General Manager of the family hotel group flagship hotel and then as the Executive Group Director of the Giglio Hotels (GTO).

2007 – appointed as Managing Director of Ragosta Hotels Collection where he established a luxury group of four 5-star boutique hotels situated in Italy prime locations: Amalfi Coast – Taormina – Rome

2012 – appointed as CEO of NERO Hotel Group, establishing the company and successfully building a portfolio of luxury 4 & 5-star hotels, providing strategic consultancy expertise to clients on sales & marketing, finance, governance, commercial and brand development.

2015 – appointed as Managing Director & Executive Board Member for a luxury 5 Star & 4 Star Hotels Group – Niquesa Hotels & Resorts – The group owned some of the most iconic hotels in Italy: Hotel d’Inghilterra (part of Small Luxury Hotels) Helvetia Bristol, Florence (Part of Leading Hotel of the World), Grand Hotel Continental Siena (Part of Leading Hotel of the World)
