The session is dedicated to how hotel chains will face the new challenges arising from the alleged change in the post-Covid era, in terms of new destinations, new development goals and new market expectations.
2. New normal advances: investing in hybrid models, hostels and student
This focus will be addressed with the managers of innovative, hybrid and recently developed products, in an area between student housing, apart-hotels, co-living and other innovative formulas that have recently entered Italy. Enabling technologies for new reception models will also be explored.
3. “Opportunities in Italy” from an investor’s perspective
Session entirely dedicated to investors with experience in the Italian territory. The background of the assessments on current and prospective return expectations will be presented, with an eye to the most recent transactions concluded and the impact of the pandemic on the expected return.
4. Financing and developing alternative locations and platforms
This session explores the potential of alternative destinations, the expectations of investors on these locations, the reasons that make Italy attractive even outside Florence, Rome, Milan and Venice. In addition, some new creations in leisure destinations are previewed.
