Leonardo has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry working at different operational positions in the F&B and room division and corporate positions in the asset management, feasibility and development functions. He has relevant experience in strategic use and management of internal support functions such as feasibility, architecture, design and legal counsels for the successful closure of hotel management, franchising and lease agreements.
His responsibilities included the definition and execution of action plans to lead the development efforts and ensure proper brands positioning in Italy and Central Mediterranean.
Leonardo’s responsability spanned from project appraisal, both from market and financial standpoint to contract negotiation, acting as the fulcrum of the internal decision making process in relation to the pursuit and closure of a transaction. As part of an international team, he travels regularly abroad for internal meetings and presentations. Moreover, having studied, worked and lived in five different countries has allowed him to become fluent in two foreign languages and has helped him gain large exposure to multi-cultural business environments. He holds a university degree, an MBA and is a member of RICS.
